We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with expertise in lathes, Swiss machines, and mills to join our dynamic team in Elk River, MN. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, Swiss machines, and mills to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, specifically with lathes, Swiss machines, and mills.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
