Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist that has operated both Lathe and Mill machines.. The candidate must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret calipers.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC Lathe and Mill machines.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accuracy.
Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets to maintain part specifications.
Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating CNC Lathe AND Mill machines.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting calipers.
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
