We’re seeking a fully skilled CNC Lathe Machinist who’s ready to lead our team on 2nd Shift. Your abilities will be put to expansive use while also guiding and leading our team of lathe machinists. Starting pay ranges from $30 - $35/hr., with generous perks and benefits including:

What you’ll need to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience operating CNC Lathe machines is required.
- Proficient programming skills using Mazatrol is required.
- Prior experience mentoring others is a plus.
- Knowledge of Mastercam programming is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.
- Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Ability to process precision parts from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up, Program and Run CNC Lathes
- Lead and mentor a team of CNC Lathe Machinists
- Inspect your own parts, maintain accurate inspection documentation using precision measuring instruments
- Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes
- Maintain a safe working environment
