**Your Role - What You’ll Do
**
Operate multiple CNC machines to meet production goals
Machine parts to tight tolerances (up to ±0.0001”)
Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
Inspects parts using precision measuring equipment
Identify worn or broken tooling and return machines to production-ready condition
Deburr, clean, tag, and move parts through operations efficiently
Accurately record inspection and production data
Perform routine and preventative machine maintenance¨NBSP;
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

**What You Bring
**
2+ years of CNC machining experience (advanced candidates will take on greater responsibility)
Experience operating multi-axis machining (3, 4, or 5-axis), Mill-turn, or Swiss-style equipment
Ability to read blueprints and use precision machining fundamentals
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple machines while maintaining accuracy
***Preferred Qualifications
Ability to run jobs independently after setup
Experience supporting setups, troubleshooting, or mentoring others
