Full-Time $24.00–$32.00/hour BUILD PRECISION PARTS THAT MATTER Join Gaishin Manufacturing’s Grand Rapids team and work with Swiss-style and Mill/Turn CNC equipment producing high-quality precision components for the aerospace, medical, agriculture, and defense industries. | ||
WHAT YOU’LL RUN: Citizen L20 Type 8 • Citizen L20 Type 10 • Citizen L32 Type 12 • Nakamura-Tome JX200 | ||
WHAT YOU’LL DO • Operate Swiss-style and Mill/Turn CNC lathes to produce precision parts. • Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T requirements. • Monitor equipment and escalate setup or machine issues when needed. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following quality, production, and safety standards. • Provide clear shift handoffs and work as part of the team. WHAT YOU BRING • 2+ years of CNC operation experience; Swiss-style experience preferred. • Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and quality requirements. • Comfort with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and basic quality checks. • Strong attention to detail, dependability, and communication skills. • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a full shift. | EXPERIENCE THAT STANDS OUT • Swiss-style lathes or multi-axis machine experience. • Aerospace or medical manufacturing background. • Lean manufacturing experience.
