Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work completed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with a strong understanding of CNC programming.
• Proficiency in operating CNC lathes, mills, and other machining equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a machining environment.
