CNC Machinist (Swiss & Lathe)

Open Shifts

• 1st Shift

  • Seeking a senior-level machinist

  • Strong experience with Swiss or traditional lathe setup

• 2nd & 3rd Shift

  • Open to junior or mid-level candidates

  • More operator-focused, with basic setup or adjustment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss or traditional lathes (based on shift and experience)

• Run close-tolerance medical device components

• Perform basic inspections using precision measuring tools

• Follow quality, safety, and documentation standards

Requirements

• CNC machining experience in a production environment

• Swiss or lathe experience required for senior 1st shift role

• Operator or entry-to-mid level experience acceptable for 2nd and 3rd shift

• Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus
