Job description:
• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC milling machines independently (3-axis and 5-axis)
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to meet precise specifications
• Input offsets, edit programs, and make adjustments at the machine controller as needed
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators) to verify part
dimensions in-process
• Perform equipment troubleshooting and basic preventive maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of CNC milling experience — preferred
• 3-axis and 5-axis machining experience — preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and work to tight tolerances
• Strong shop math skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Fanuc,Fidia C20, Siemens, Haas, or similar CNC controls — preferred
• CNC programming knowledge (G-code, M-code) — preferred
