As a leading tool manufacturer committed to excellence in quality, consistency, service, and value, we are currently in search of a dedicated CNC Machinist to join our team.

What you will do:

Full time position (40 hours plus per week)
Set-up, adjust and operate a variety of CNC machines
Operate, set-up and program both milling and turning machines
Read and understand layouts, blueprints, related technical data and job packets
Knowledge of G&M code.
MasterCam software knowledge and experience
Read and understand prints
Maintain a clean, safe work area
Adjust, repair and maintain tooling
Daily and weekly maintenance of machines
Follow procedures and recommend improvements
Side operations during machine cycle time
Work as a team member to continue to provide quality parts on time
Other duties as assigned

What you will bring:

High School diploma or GED
Must have 2+ years machining experience and/or Trade School Degree
Be fluent in English language, both verbal and written
Must be a self-starter and require minimal supervision.
Position is 40 hours+/week and must be willing to work occasional overtime
Full understanding of blue print reading, geometric tolerance, and inspection procedures

Physical Demand Requirements

Must be able to stand for the shift and requires frequent bending and stooping and ability to be in
contact with mild metal cutting fluids
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Show proficiency of turning, milling, drilling, grinding, tapping, and deburring
Also requires occasional use of stairs, crouching and kneeling and reaching above the shoulders.
Shop math and trigonometry proficient
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
