TekPro Engineering is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience operating Mori Seiki Lathes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-precision parts. This role requires proficiency in CNC programming, setup, and operation to meet production requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, program, and operate Mori Seiki CNC Lathes to produce precision parts.
Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical instructions.
Adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
Conduct quality inspections using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
Maintain detailed production records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of [X] years of experience as a CNC Machinist, specifically with Mori Seiki Lathes.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.
Experience with G-code programming and CAD/CAM software is a plus.
