Pointe Precision, a leading manufacturing company in Plover, WI, is looking for motivated individuals to join our production team as Entry Level Machinists. What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:

Operate and monitor precision machining equipment to produce high-quality parts
Follow setup instructions and secure workpieces for production
Inspect and measure components to ensure they meet specifications
Collaborate with experienced machinists and supervisors to continuously grow your skills

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday
2pm-10pm

What You Bring:

A mechanical mindset and strong attention to detail
Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs. regularly
No prior experience required—machinist experience is preferred, but not necessary
