Shift Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (or similar)
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy your evenings and weekends
  • Pay: Competitive, based on experience

 What You’ll Do

  • Own the Floor: Set up, program, and operate Haas vertical/horizontal machining centers and turning centers
  • Program with Precision: Use G&M code and Mastercam to bring complex parts to life
  • Create with Confidence: Select tooling, develop processes, and hold tolerances to ±0.005"
  • Inspect Like a Pro: Perform quality checks and document results with accuracy
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work with engineers and teammates to improve processes and solve challenges
  • Stay Sharp: Keep your workspace clean, organized, and always safety-first

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of CNC machining experience (Haas preferred)
  • Strong G&M code programming skills
  • CAM experience (Mastercam preferred)
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
  • Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials
  • Solid inspection and measurement skills

Education & Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Journeyman or 2-year technical degree preferred
  • Strong math skills (geometry, trigonometry)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
