Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and edit programs on CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and VTLs (3-, 4-, & 5-axis).
- Read blueprints, travelers, and work instructions to produce precision aerospace components.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment and interpret CMM data to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform tooling setup, deburring, troubleshooting, and basic machine adjustments.
- Document production and quality data in ERP systems while following AS9100, NADCAP, and safety requirements.
- Communicate effectively with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; CNC training or equivalent experience preferred.
- CNC machining experience with G & M code knowledge required.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Basic math and trigonometry skills.
- Manufacturing experience required; aerospace experience preferred.
- Experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Okuma controls is a plus.
- Must meet ITAR U.S. Person requirements.
