Job Description

We are partnered with a top-tier aerospace machine shop that is actively hiring CNC Machinists for 1st and 2nd shift opportunities. These are direct hire roles offering long-term stability, strong compensation, and a high-quality manufacturing environment.

This employer is looking for machinists with a variety of backgrounds and skill sets. Multiple openings are available across different departments.

Available Skill Sets

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are encouraged to apply:

• CNC Milling

• CNC Turning (Lathe)

• CNC Grinding

• Multi-axis machining (3, 4, or 5-axis)

• Setup and or programming experience (varies by role)

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components

• Read and interpret blueprints, GD and T, and work instructions

• Perform quality checks using standard inspection tools

• Maintain tight tolerances and adhere to aerospace quality standards

• Work independently or in a team environment depending on role

Requirements

• CNC machining experience in a production or job shop environment

• Ability to hold tight tolerances

• Experience working with aerospace or high-precision parts is strongly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Compensation and Shift Details

• Pay Range: $25 to $40 per hour, based on experience and skill set

• Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd shift

• Employment Type: Direct Hire

• Shift premiums and overtime may be available depending on role
