CNC Machinist Full-Time | On-Site

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join a precision manufacturing environment where attention to detail and quality output are the standard. This is a hands-on role for a machinist who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven shop.

What You'll Do

Set up and operate CNC milling and/or lathe equipment to produce precision components to tight tolerances. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications. Select and change tooling, offsets, and cutting parameters as needed. Perform in-process inspection using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM. Identify and troubleshoot machining issues to maintain quality and reduce scrap. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with shop standards.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of CNC machining experience in a production or job shop environment. Proficiency with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or similar CNC controls. Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T principles. Experience with precision measurement tools and quality inspection practices. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Nice to Have

Experience with Swiss-type turning, 5-axis machining, or aerospace/defense components. Familiarity with first article inspection and AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems.
