Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for production runs, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Program CNC machines using G-Code to optimize machining processes.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Utilize CNC tooling effectively to achieve desired outcomes in machining operations.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, particularly with G-Code.
• Experience with equipment troubleshooting and machine setups for production runs.
• Familiarity with CNC tooling and machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
