JOB SUMMARY:

Jennmar Automation is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to support the machining of large, complex components used in advanced automation systems. This role is ideal for an experienced CNC machinist who is comfortable working with large weldments, multi-axis machining, and Fanuc-controlled equipment in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

· High School Diploma/GED Required

· Proven Experience with Multi-axis Machining, Setting up Large Weldments, Fanuc Control, and Operating Overhead Crane

· Mastercam Certification Preferred

· Haas CNC and Lathe Experience Preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and work holding

· Proficient in multi-axis machining, including right-angle head applications

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machining challenges

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Commitment to safety and best practices in a manufacturing environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Set up and machine large weldments and complex components on a Viper CNC machine

· Program, edit, and optimize CNC programs

· Operate Fanuc and Haas-controlled CNC equipment to produce high-quality, precision parts

· Safely operate overhead cranes to move and position large parts and fixtures

· Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and work instructions

· Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications

· Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and assembly teams to support project timelines

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
