Join our dynamic team as a CNC Machinist at our state-of-the-art facility located in Wyoming, IL, 61491. We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about precision machining and has a strong understanding of CNC operations. ## Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC mills (3-4 axis VMC) using Fanuc, ProtoTRAK, and Okuma machinery.

  • Interpret and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure product specifications are met.

  • Program CNC machines using G-Code and M-Code for optimal performance and efficiency.

  • Utilize CNC tooling effectively to produce high-quality parts and components.

  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on CNC equipment to minimize downtime.

  • Employ manual machining skills to assist in complex setups and repairs as needed.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance product quality.

    Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong understanding of CNC programming.

  • Expertise in GD&T and its application in machining processes.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve machine issues effectively.

  • Proficient in G-Code and M-Code programming languages.

  • Experience operating CNC mills, particularly 3-4 axis VMCs.

  • Familiarity with machine brands such as Fanuc, ProtoTRAK, and Okuma.

  • Manual machining skills are a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
