CNC Machinist – 1st Shift

📍 Winona, MN

🕒 Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

💲 Up to $28/hour

What You’ll Do

As a CNC Machinist, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality parts while working with a variety of modern equipment.

• Operate CNC mills and lathes, making adjustments as needed

• Load and edit programs, tooling, and offsets

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine dimensions and tolerances

• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers

• Inspect parts during production to ensure quality standards are met

• Support continuous workflow by inspecting parts while machines are running

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of CNC machining experience OR current CNC program student

• Strong measuring and inspection skills

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

• Experience with machine setup and operation preferred

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Team player with willingness to cross-train and help train others

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

• Lift up to 50 lbs intermittently

• Work hands-on with machinery and tools in a shop environment
