Precision CNC Machinist

We are looking for an experienced Precision CNC Machinist to join a growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with Swiss CNC or CNC lathe experience who is comfortable working with tight tolerances and precision components.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines

• Perform tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T

• Read, interpret, and edit G-code and M-code programs

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment

• Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed

• Maintain quality and machine efficiency

• Support day-to-day shop operations and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of precision machining experience
• Previous Swiss CNC or CNC lathe experience
• Experience with machines such as Tornos, Nakamura, or Star is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
• Experience with CNC setup, tool changes, offsets, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and edit CNC programs
• Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
