Job Description

Hours:3pm-1am

*Flexible schedule- can work 4 10's or 5 8's*

Pay:$23.00 - $30.00 /HR

Duties:

• Set up and operate CNC machines based on work orders and blueprints using necessary fixtures and tooling
• Understand, interpret and edit basic codes
• Manufacture parts to tight tolerances
• Perform inspection of parts

Qualifications:

• Background in CNC machining and set up with some programming knowledge
• Able to interpret blueprints, inspection equipment and requirements from work orders
• Knowledge of GD&T preferred
• Mazak experience preferred

• CNC Swiss Lathe (Ganesh, Tornos, Eurotech, Index, Nomura, Tsugami, Yama-Seiki, Citizen, Hanwha, Star)
• CAM Software (Sprutcam, Autodesk Fusion 360, Mastercam, Esprit, Promill, HSM Works, Bobcad, GibbsCAM, Surfcam, Mazatrol, Siemens NX)
