Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our team in Uniontown, PA, 15401. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, utilizing your expertise to produce high-quality components with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Operate a CNC Mill. Primarily running a Haas VF-4 and VF-11 CNC Mill.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.
  • Familiarity with various CNC machines and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
  • The CNC Machinist must have 5 years of prior CNC machining experience.
  • Must be comfortable in a Small Job Shop work environment. Small production runs for a large variety of industries.
