**NOW HIRING - 1ST SHIFT CNC MILL MACHINIST **

Pay Range: $22.00- 28.00 / hour please

Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 6:00 am up to 2:30 pm and Saturday as needed. Employee must be available to work overtime.

We are a full service manufacturer of high tolerance innovative molds for many segments of the plastics industry. We design and build a variety of types of molds; from complex, high tolerance two shot injection molds to high volume specialty bottle molds and extrusion blow molds. Established in 1988, we have been making and servicing high quality molds and tooling for over 30 years.

We have a 5-Axis Haas UMC, and six 3-Axis High Speed CNC Fanuc controlled vertical mills. We run Cimatron 15.0 as our integrated CAD/CAM solution.

The responsibility of this position is to consistently operate our CNC mill machines in the most efficient way and to possess these skills and follow these minimum guidelines as listed below:

How Will You Contribute to the Team?

• Set up and operation of CNC milling machines and their tools to produce precision parts.
• Use measuring instruments to ensure accurate dimensions.
• Determine the most efficient and effective speeds and feeds based on material being used.
• Working from blueprints and established programs, perform machining operations requiring tight tolerances.
• Responsible for operating multiple machines simultaneously in a fast paced environment.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must have experience in operating CNC milling machines
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures involving CNC machines
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints & drawings

Preferred qualifications include

• Mold Making experience
• Experience on high speed and/or Fanuc controlled machines
