We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our production team. In this role, you will operate a variety of CNC and manual machines to manufacture custom components with precision. Your ability to interpret CAD drawings and utilize 2-D and 3-D programming will be key to ensuring high-quality output and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation & Maintenance:

  • Skillfully operate CNC machines as well as manual equipment (lathes, milling machines, grinders, hand tools, etc.) to maintain smooth production.

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.

• Custom Component Production:

  • Manufacture custom tool and die components according to detailed CAD files.

  • Use your programming skills to meet precise specifications and quality standards.

• Technical Drawing Interpretation:

  • Read and accurately interpret technical and CAD drawings to produce components that meet exact design requirements.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with fellow production team members to meet daily production goals.

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adapting to fast-paced and dynamic conditions.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced production setting with continuous standing and repetitive movements.

• Ability to maintain productivity in varying conditions, including elevated temperatures during the summer months.
