Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and tools.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
