CNC Machinist – 2nd Shift

Pay: $24.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 2:00 PM–12:30 AM

Champion Personnel is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity for someone with CNC machining experience who is looking for a 4-day workweek, competitive pay, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing manufacturing company.

What You'll Do -Set up and operate CNC machinery according to production requirementsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsLoad materials and properly position parts for machiningMake machine adjustments and tool changes as neededUse measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerancesInspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality specificationsTroubleshoot basic machining and production issuesMaintain accurate production and quality documentationKeep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safeFollow all company safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For - Previous CNC machining experience Experience with CNC machine setup and operation preferred Ability to read blueprints and understand measurements and tolerances Comfortable using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Dependable attendance and ability to work independently Must be available to train on the 1st shift schedule Steel-toe footwear required
