CNC Machinist

Location: Crestwood, MO

Pay: $20.00–$35.00/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time

We are hiring CNC Machinists for a growing machining operation in Crestwood, MO. We are open to a wide range of experience levels and machining backgrounds. Whether your experience is primarily with mills, lathes, Swiss machines, screw machines, or multi-axis equipment, we want to hear from you.

CNC Experience We're Looking For

Experience with any of the following is encouraged:

• CNC Mills
• CNC Lathes
• Horizontal Machining Centers
• Vertical Machining Centers
• Swiss-Style CNC Machines
• Screw Machines / Screw Machining
• Tsugami Machines
• Multi-Axis CNC Equipment
• CNC Setup and Changeovers
• Tool Changes and Tool Offsets
• Editing CNC Programs at the Machine
• Blueprint Reading
• Precision Measuring Equipment
• First-Piece and In-Process Inspection

What You'll Do

Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
• Load programs, tooling, fixtures, and raw material
• Perform tool changes and adjust offsets
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances
• Troubleshoot machining or quality issues
• Make minor program edits when needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work independently once trained on jobs and equipment

Experience Levels

We are interested in candidates ranging from CNC operators looking to advance their skills to experienced setup machinists.

Compensation will depend on your machining background, setup capabilities, equipment experience, and overall skill level.

Pay Range: $20–$35/hour

Candidates with strong setup, troubleshooting, programming/editing, Swiss, Tsugami, or advanced machining experience may qualify toward the higher end of the range.
