ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.Collaborate with engineers and team members to optimize machining processes.Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.Document production data and report any issues to management.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Must be able to maintain a federal Secret-level Security Cearance.Must have an insurable driver record.
