Job Description

• Perform CNC machine setups, including tooling and offsets
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T specifications
• Utilize G & M codes to operate and adjust CNC programs
• Ensure part quality through proper tooling, measurements, and inspections

You should be proficient in:

• GD&T
• CNC Tooling
• CNC Programming
• G-Code
• M-Code
• Deburring Experience
• Machine Setups for Production Runs
• Blueprint Reading

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, Makino)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Okuma)
• CNC Swiss Lathe (Star, Citizen)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Mazak, Okuma)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Mazak, Okuma)
