Job Description

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join their team in **Sacramento, CA **location

**Pay Rate: **$23/hr - $27/hr

**Shift: **1st and 2nd

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions

• Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offsets

• Monitor machining operations and adjust machine settings as needed

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues to minimize downtime

• Maintain quality standards and ensure parts meet specifications

• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized

• Follow OSHA, safety procedures, and company policies

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Knowledge of G-code, tooling, feeds, and speeds

• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments

• Experience with multi-axis CNC machines

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
