CNC Machinists needed for an amazing company in Limerick!

Entry Level Candidates are welcome!

1st shift Hours: 6:30am to 3:00pm

2nd Shift Hours: 2:45pm to 11:15pm - $2.75 shift differential on 2nd shift

Responsibilities:

-Measures, inspects, loads/unloads parts from assigned machine.

-Implements dimensional adjustments (offsets) as needed.

-Ability to break down and store tooling specific to job.

-Ability to make minor program edits for part size.

-Conducts basic machine changeovers.

-Accurately completes all quality control documentation and inspection sheets.

-Inspects product in accordance to all verbal and/or written instructions such as part drawings, traveler, work instructions, and process specifications.

-Embraces good manufacturing practices and inspection techniques each day; following all SOPs and safety regulations.

Requirements

* 2+ years" experience in Machining/Tool & Die making or model making, preferably in the medical device area

* Ability to proficiently use CNC and manual mills, lathes, and EDM machines

* Mastercam or related CAM experience a BIG plus

* High school diploma or GED required
