Pay: $22.00–$30.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist, CNC Mill Operator, CNC Lathe Operator, or CNC Programmer looking for a great opportunity with a growing manufacturing company?

A specialized manufacturer in Georgetown, TX is hiring skilled CNC Machinists to produce precision glass and ceramic components used in the semiconductor industry.

CNC programming experience is a plus, but NOT required! Candidates with hands-on CNC milling, turning, or manual machining experience are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, and manual machining equipment.
• Manufacture precision glass and ceramic components used in semiconductor equipment.
• Work with machines such as Fanuc, Bridgeport, Monarch, Yang Mills, and similar equipment.
• Read machine dials and properly set equipment to zero.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications.
• Perform machine setups, tooling adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor machining operations to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed.
• Assist with CNC programming, program edits, and process improvements when qualified.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating CNC mills, CNC lathes, or manual machining equipment.
• Knowledge of machining setups, tooling, and machine operations.
• Ability to read machine dials and set machines to zero.
• Experience reading blueprints and following machining specifications.
• Basic understanding of precision measurements and quality inspection.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Fanuc CNC controls is a plus, but not required.
• CNC programming experience is preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience machining glass, ceramics, or semiconductor components is a plus.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $22.00–$30.00/hour DOE

1st Shift:

• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• 8–10-hour shifts depending on production needs
