The CNC Machinist will work full time under the supervision of the Operations Management and will interact with Engineering team
Responsibilities:
· Hands on leadership of the CNC machining process as well as resistive element process
· Improve quality and on time delivery to the customer (production team)
· Drive disciplines that yield a safe and clean environment
· Manage and control Screening, Molding and Machining processes
Experience:
· 5 years minimum experience with CNC machining and programming – preferably with HAAS CNC’s
· Strong mechanical aptitude
· Familiar with AS9100 type Quality System
· Computer literate, experience with MS Word and Excel
Education:
· High School Diploma
· Some advanced education (college or trade school)
Miscellaneous
· The position requires a self-starter who is a detailed-oriented individual with multi-tasking abilities
· Must be able to communicate well and be a team player
· Organization, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
· Due to ITAR restrictions, citizenship / green card is required
