Responsibilities

• Set up and changeover CNC machines for various production runs.
• Perform machine setups for both CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) and CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC).
• Operate CNC Lathe (5+ axis) to produce precision components.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC machine setup and changeover.
• Strong knowledge of CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) and CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) operations.
• Experience with CNC Lathe (5+ axis) is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
