CNC Machinist

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:20 PM

• Friday: 6:00 AM – approximately 12:00–2:00 PM (depending on workload)

Position Overview

We are seeking a coachable, motivated machinist to join our team. This role is CNC-focused, but we are very open to candidates who have a strong machining background and limited CNC experience. If you’re eager to learn and grow, we’re willing to teach.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (training provided as needed)

• Read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions

• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and bore gauges

• Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Work closely with team members and take direction from leads/supervisors

Required Qualifications

• Machining experience (manual or CNC)

• Ability to accurately use calipers and bore gauges

• Basic understanding of shop math and measurements

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• CNC machining experience (not required)

• Experience with production or job-shop environments

• Familiarity with tolerances and part inspection
