Overview:

This role involves operating, setting up, and programming CNC machines to manufacture precision components. The position requires expertise in reading blueprints, ensuring quality control, and maintaining production efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and CAD drawings.
• Set up, operate, and program CNC mills and lathes.
• Ensure manufactured parts meet exact specifications and tolerances.
• Conduct inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating and setting up CNC machines (minimum 2 years; 5+ years preferred for programming roles).
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or similar) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CNC operations.
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Background in quality control standards (ISO 9001 certification preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing is a plus.
