Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC Swiss lathes for production runs.
Utilize CAM software to program and optimize machining processes.
Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Perform machine setups, ensuring all tools and fixtures are correctly aligned and calibrated.
Monitor production runs, making adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, specifically with CNC Swiss lathes.
Strong knowledge of CNC tooling and machine setups for production runs.
Proficiency in CAM software and its application in machining processes.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
