Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss lathes for production runs.
• Utilize CAM software to program and optimize machining processes.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Perform machine setups, ensuring all tools and fixtures are correctly aligned and calibrated.
• Monitor production runs, making adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, specifically with CNC Swiss lathes.
• Strong knowledge of CNC tooling and machine setups for production runs.
• Proficiency in CAM software and its application in machining processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
