Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinists to join our clients' companies in SE Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and programming (G-code experience is a plus).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

- CNC Swiss Lathe (Eurotech)
- CAM Software (Mastercam, GibbsCAM, Mazatrol, Surfcam, Autodesk Fusion 360, Siemens NX)
- CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
- CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
