Operate Bridgeport mill and manual lathe to machine precision parts to specification

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

Measure and verify part accuracy using precision instruments

Maintain tooling, fixtures, and machine cleanliness

Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to meet production goals

3+ years of experience with manual milling and lathe machining (Bridgeport preferred)

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and part drawings

Experience working with aluminum and stainless steel components

Eagerness to learn and grow into CNC machining as new equipment is added
