What You’ll Do:
- Machining Operations: Learn to set up and run CNC vertical and horizontal milling machines for production as well as support new projects.
- Work Holding: Build or assist in developing work holding solutions for 3- and 4-axis milling.
- Quality Assurance: Perform inspections using gaging tools to verify part accuracy. Should also be comfortable deburring parts.
- Material Mastery: Work with a variety of materials including steel, aluminum, brass, titanium, and stainless steel.
- Continuous Learning: Grow your expertise in setups, troubleshooting, and machining processes. Desire to advance and grow with additional responsibility.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of CNC machining experience, including some setup and operation of vertical or horizontal mills. Lathe experience is a plus. Trade school in manufacturing a big plus.
- Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and a solid understanding of GD&T.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a strong desire to learn and improve.
- Problem Solver: Adaptable and eager to tackle challenges with creative solutions.
- Fanuc Knowledge: Familiarity with Fanuc controls is a plus.
- Growth Oriented: Should want to grow and maximize machine setup skills. Experience with or willingness to learn CAM software a plus (Mastercam preferred).

- Horizontal Machining Centers: 3-4 axis HMCs (Doosan, DMG Mori Seiki)
