Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about precision machining and thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components, ensuring that our production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

*We have direct hire openings in Menomonee Falls, Muskego, New Berlin, Ixonia etc. *

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce precision parts.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications using precision measuring tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance product quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machine programming and operation.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki, Nakamura)
  • Boring Mill (Doosan, Toshiba, Hurco)
  • CAM Software (Mastercam, Esprit, Promill, Bobcad, GibbsCAM, Mazatrol, Siemens NX, Surfcam, Autodesk Fusion 360)
  • CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
  • CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Mazak, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki)
