CNC Machinist Requirements:

• 3 + Years of experience with Mills/Lathes required
• Set-up experience required
• Experience with 3 Axis Mills, VTL, Lathes, EDMs preferred
• Welding/Fab and Grinding Industrial Repair experience preferred

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

• This role involves setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining CNC machining equipment in a custom machine shop
• Responsibilities include setting up CNC lathes, CNC mills, and other machining equipment to manufacture custom metal parts, tooling, repair parts, and industrial/heavy equipment components
• Additional duties include loading materials, changing tooling and offsets, reading blueprints and work orders, checking measurements and tolerances, inspecting finished parts, troubleshooting machining issues, and basic machine maintenance
• Work may involve CNC turning, CNC milling, manual machining, prototype and production machining, repair and rebuild work, grinding operations, and custom fabrication
