CNC Machinist (1st & 2nd Shift)
Location: Mason, OH (between Dayton & Cincinnati)

Position Summary
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our growing team on both 1st and 2nd shifts. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-precision components while meeting quality and production targets.
Shift Information
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Shift Differential: 15% for 2nd shift
- Overtime: Voluntary (40–55 hours/week available)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform proper setup of CNC machines (3, 4, and 5-axis)
- Run first-piece inspections and verify product quality
- Collaborate with quality inspection teams before production runs
- Operate machines to meet KPI and production targets
- Adjust or coordinate program changes as needed
- Accurately document production data in ERP systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Maintain quality standards throughout the machining process
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of CNC machining experience (4+ preferred)
- Strong ability to set up and operate CNC machines independently
- Experience with G & M code
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Okuma controls
- Experience with 3, 4, and 5-axis machining
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking
