CNC Machinist

Pay: $25–$35/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift (2nd Shift also available)

Hours: Approximately 45–55 hours/week

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong hands-on background operating CNC machinery, performing setups and adjustments, and making program edits at the machine.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality work and can confidently troubleshoot and make adjustments to keep jobs running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision components to print

• Perform complete machine setups, including tooling, workholding, offsets, and adjustments

• Make edits and adjustments to existing CNC programs as needed

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment

• Troubleshoot machining issues and make process adjustments

• Monitor tool wear and make necessary offset/tooling changes

• Maintain quality and production standards throughout each job

• Work independently while communicating effectively with the team

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience

• Strong hands-on experience running CNC machines

• Experience performing setups and making machine adjustments

• Ability to edit existing CNC programs

• No CNC programming experience is required — you do not need to write programs from scratch

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and GD&T

• Strong understanding of cutting tools, feeds and speeds, workholding, and machining processes

• Ability to troubleshoot machining and tooling issues

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused

Highly Preferred / Big Plus

• Experience in the tool and die industry

• Specifically, experience machining stamping dies

• WorkNC experience

• Experience machining complex, close-tolerance components
