In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality components. Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC mills (3-4 axis VMC and 5+ axis VMC) and CNC lathes (5+ axis).
Utilize G-Code and M-Code programming for machine operations.
Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.
Work with CNC Swiss lathes and other advanced machining equipment.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure continuous operation.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Inspect finished products for quality and precision, making adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong understanding of CNC tooling.
Proficiency in G-Code and M-Code programming.
Experience with machine setups for production runs.
Hands-on experience with CNC mills (3-4 axis and 5+ axis) and CNC lathes (5+ axis).
Familiarity with machine brands such as Haas, Okuma, Fanuc, Mazak, Star, Citizen, Tsugami, DMG Mori Seiki, and Doosan.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
