**CNC Machinist

**

$22 – $30 / Hour | Full-Time

Youngsville, LA

Now hiring experienced CNC Machinists for a well-established manufacturing company in Youngsville. This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently handle the full machining process from setup to finished product.

Duties May Include:

• Independently set up and tool CNC machines (lathes and/or mills) based on job requirements
• Read, create, and modify G-Code programs (no conversational programming)
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and machining sequence
• Measure, mark, and prepare materials for machining
• Select and secure fixtures, tools, and attachments
• Set machine controls (speed, feed, coolant, depth, angle)
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Perform in-process and final dimensional inspections
• Troubleshoot machining or assembly issues with team members
• Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing setting

• Strong experience with full-cycle machining (setup to completion)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Proficiency in G-Code programming and editing

• Experience with machines such as:- Doosan

  • Hwacheon
  • Okuma
  • Mori Seiki
  • Puma

• Strong math skills and attention to detail

• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Overtime and weekends as needed

Pay:

• $22 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
