Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and program CNC mills

• Write and edit CNC programs using G & M code on Fanuc controls

• Program using CAM software such as Inventor CAM or Fusion 360 (preferred)

• Operate and troubleshoot CNC milling equipment (including Haas, Fadal, and Mori Seiki or similar machines)

• Machine parts to tight tolerances, with an emphasis on stainless steel materials

• Calculate and adjust speeds and feeds for optimal machining performance

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency

• Maintain strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output

• Apply best practices in precision machining

What You Bring

• 5–7 years of CNC machining experience in a job shop environment

• Strong proficiency with CNC mills

• Solid knowledge of G &M code programming (Fanuc or similar controls)

• Experience with CAM software such as Inventor CAM or Fusion 360 preferred

• Experience operating a variety of CNC mills

• Familiarity with machining stainless steels, including speeds and feeds calculations

• Manual machining experience is a plus, but not required
