We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in Holland, MI on second shift. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality components that meet our production standards. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand project requirements.
• Program CNC machines using G-code and other programming languages as needed.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet tolerances and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with a strong understanding of CNC operation and programming.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with G-code programming and CAD/CAM software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
