Join a precision manufacturing team as a CNC Machinist/Operator, responsible for safely running and optimizing both lathe and mill CNC equipment. You’ll ensure that complex parts meet tight tolerances by setting up, monitoring, and adjusting machines—while interpreting blueprints and collaborating effectively across departments.
Machine Operation & Setup
Operate CNC lathes and mills, performing accurate tool changes, workholding setups, and program executions.
Adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets to optimize cycle times and maintain part quality.
Process Optimization
Support multiple machines simultaneously, troubleshooting issues in real time to minimize downtime.
Implement best practices and continuous-improvement suggestions to increase overall equipment effectiveness.
Quality Assurance
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools.
Verify conformance to engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.
Blueprint Interpretation & Communication
Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and specifications accurately.
Communicate production updates, challenges, and improvement ideas clearly with supervisors and team members.
